銅片腐蝕中的核心部件：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比色板卡，又稱(chēng)為比色板，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色板。目前市面上比較流行的主要有三種：
①原裝美國(guó)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比色辦卡：例如上海羽通儀器儀表廠只經(jīng)銷(xiāo)和配套這一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色板，必須配備有原版的說(shuō)明書(shū)，色板顏色純正，標(biāo)志清晰，說(shuō)明書(shū)首頁(yè)左上角有ASTM的標(biāo)記，后綴有D130-10字樣，這些都是原裝系列標(biāo)志，缺一不可，請(qǐng)選購(gòu)時(shí)務(wù)必注意！
②水貨色板：一般為美國(guó)制造的殘次品，因?yàn)椴皇芊杀Ｗo(hù)，加上本身很多殘次品無(wú)法通過(guò)正規(guī)渠道出口到中國(guó)，但價(jià)格便宜，所以水貨在國(guó)內(nèi)有一定的市場(chǎng)需求。
③假冒品：目前筆者見(jiàn)到的有若干種，如果有原裝色板，兩相一比對(duì)都能發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，但很多客戶(hù)不具備這樣的條件，基本鑒別要點(diǎn)是：是否有原版英文說(shuō)明書(shū)，說(shuō)明書(shū)上的標(biāo)志是否準(zhǔn)確，顏色是否均勻亮麗，做工，以及字體是否規(guī)范等，是否標(biāo)配藍(lán)色塑料套。

簡(jiǎn)要英文說(shuō)明：
   The ASTM Copper Corrosive Standards are intended to be accurate reproductions of the colors of the Master Standards. A certain amount of minor damage to the lithographed plaques is unavoidable during the printing and assembling operations; for this reason, the user is instructed to ignore minor surface imperfections such as scratches and blemishes.Properly prepared test strips must be free of imperfections.
Srip No. 2c is differentiated from Strip No. 3b on the basis
that Strip No.2c contains no green coloration.
